SCORM import

SCORM import helps enterprise teams move their existing training into Easygenerator without starting from scratch. You can upload a SCORM package exported from Articulate Rise, and Easygenerator recreates the course with native blocks. The imported course opens directly in the editor, so you can refine the content and tailor it to your organization.

This update gives organizations a practical migration path. Many teams already have large libraries created in other tools. Rebuilding them takes time and slows down adoption. SCORM import removes that barrier and makes it possible to bring existing content into Easygenerator in a more efficient way.

The import supports SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages. Easygenerator maps standard Rise blocks to their closest equivalents, and uses a fallback option when an exact match is not available. This keeps the structure familiar while giving authors a clean starting point for edits.

Enhanced EasyAI

With our latest EasyAI update, our improved AI creation assistant helps authors go from an idea to a contextual and interactive course in minutes. It brings more control for authors who want to create more engaging content.

With Create with AI, authors simply describe what they need in a block. EasyAI selects the right format for the idea. It can be text, an image, a quiz, or an interactive element. This removes guesswork and keeps the course structured. Authors stay in control and can adjust anything at any moment.

With Edit with AI, authors can turn text into interactive elements or generate visuals that match the flow of the lesson. There is no need to leave the editor, as EasyAI adapts to what you write and provides options that match your intent.

Course Guidelines help EasyAI understand the goal of the course, the tone you want to use, and the context that matters for your organization. You can upload reference files and guide the AI output to match your terminology and internal standards. This keeps your courses consistent and reduces editing time.

EasyAI 2.0 gives authors a faster way to build professional learning experiences without any prompt engineering or instructional design knowledge.

Course discussions (coming soon)

Course Discussions turn a published course into an active conversation. Learners can ask questions, share feedback, and start discussions directly inside each section of their course. Authors see the comments in context and can respond, moderate, or pin messages that help others.

Instead of silent completion, learners can now speak up when something is unclear. Authors can reply in real time and improve the course based on what learners share. This keeps content relevant and helps authors stay connected to the people they train.

Course Discussions make learning more collaborative. Learners feel more supported, and authors gain insight into the moments where learners need more clarity.

Learners can learn from each other promoting peer to peer learning and make the process of learning a two-way process

Non-scorable questions

You now have more control over how each question behaves in your course. Authors can choose if a question should affect a learner’s score, provide instant feedback, or simply collect input.

This gives you more flexibility when you design interactive learning. You can add reflective questions that help learners practice without the pressure of scoring. You can gather opinions or insights through survey-style questions, all inside the course. You can also keep scorable questions where assessment matters.

This makes every question meaningful. It gives authors more room to guide learners, help them reflect, and collect feedback that strengthens the overall experience.

ElevenLabs Text-to-Speech update

You can now use ElevenLabs voices when you generate audio in Easygenerator. ElevenLabs offers natural-sounding narration that helps learners stay focused and improves the overall listening experience. You can create audio directly in the editor and choose the voice that fits your course. This update gives you a simple way to bring more life and clarity to your content.

Totara integration (PENS)

Our new Totara PENS integration lets authors publish and update courses in Totara with a single click. This removes manual uploads and creates a smoother workflow for teams that manage learning at scale.

With this integration, you can deliver updated content to Totara faster and with fewer steps. It supports organizations that want to keep Easygenerator as their creation tool while distributing training through their existing LMS.

Hotspot image generation

Hotspot image generation helps you create custom background images for your hotspot blocks directly inside the editor. You can describe what you need, and the image is generated and applied automatically. This removes the need to search for visuals elsewhere and keeps your workflow simple.

The feature gives you more freedom to design interactive moments that match your course. You can build clearer explanations, highlight details, and support learners with visual context that feels tailored to your organization.
